About myself: I graduated in Physics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where I also carried out a master´s degree in Fundamental Physics. At present, I work at the Instituto de Estructura de la Materia of CSIC (Madrid, Spain) with a pre-doctoral contract. I am doing my thesis under the supervision of doctors Guillermo A. Mena Marugán and Luis J. Garay Elizondo. My current research mainly consists in the extension of Loop Quantum Cosmology to inhomogeneous cosmological models. More explicitly, I have accomplished a hybrid quantization of a Gowdy cosmology by combining standard Fock quantization with polymeric quantization. My general interests lie in the development of Loop Quantum Gravity and Loop Quantum Cosmology, and the fields of research that these theories involve, such as Hamiltonian formulation of General Relativity, quantization of constrained systems, standard quantum field theory, algebraic quantization or functional analysis.
